I have always been a Pizza Hut man but after the experience I receive time after time I am now reluctant to return. Pizza was not only 1.5 hours late it was also cold, my garlic bread was forgotten and I asked for a solo yet received a Pepsi. After the man returned with my garlic bread 40 minutes later and still forgot my solo he said I'm sorry and gave me an extra garlic bread (which was cold). Anyway I will not call your service line to complain due to the fact that takes another 20 minutes and still may not be answered. But I will leave this comment in hopes that the service will improve.
