  Awesome customer service. I sent them heaps of questions about the product, warranty and accredited applicators (so the warranty is valid) and they always cheerfully and very quickly responded. They also offer 12 years warranty where most other roof coatings offered 10 years. 15 years if you use their glaze coat.

  We have used Industrial Roof Coatings for the past 3 years. We couldn't be happier with the on going service they provide, the amazing products they consistently produce and the friendly people within the company.
  We believe IRC are now the leaders when it comes to roofing membrane especially with their 15year warranty.
  Nothing is ever to much trouble for IRC. They are super helpful and quick to respond to any phone call, email or text message. We have never had an order missed or a major problem with the products. We are very happy with IRC and will continue to use them for years to come.
