    It was my first ever time trying pilates and it made me want to do it every day of the week! You don't realise how good of a workout it is until you try it and feel the good muscle pain the next day. Great equipment, staff, location and knowledge. Definitely recommend.

    Couldn't be any happier with PMP Studios, All the instructors are well trained! The environment is very friendly and not like just your typical pilates studio! Was really nice too see some seniors in also!
