  We had a great experience with them. Very well organized, maintained very neat and tidy building. Very convenient location ,right next to the park, so close to beach which is great for kids. We enjoyed every day in Goldcost because of their good service.

  The worst customer service ever. They don’t have any dress code or any manner at all. Their apartment and parking is shared with some residents & lot of restrictions. There is a guy whose name Bruce, a mad guy, stay away from him, is a real racist. They don’t allow any guest visiting you and we had a big fight with them. Rules and regulations are tolerable but their bad behaviour and rudeness is unacceptable.

  If you have no idea where to go ,what to do, just pack up ,come to Gold Coast.

  Really good apartment with all required amenities. Kitchenette includes induction plates, microwave, oven, dishwasher and enough pots/pans/plates to cater to a family of 6+
  Beautiful views from the 9th floor. The property is 15 mins walk from Surfers Paradise. The restaurants are 10 mins walk, so is the tram stop. The staff were very accommodating.
  
  Negative - One aircon in the hall. Ceiling fans in the room, but they were sometimes not sufficient enough. The exhaust in the bathroom was close to ineffective.
  Should be 4.5, but not 5*

  I have nothing but good things to say about this place. There are so much room to move around, the place is very clean, the kitchen & laundry appliances are complete, cutleries are available, staff are very efficient & hospitable, it's close to shops and walking distance to surfers paradise & the views are to die for. I highly recommend this place to those looking for an excellent place to stay in GC that's worth your money. In behalf of my family, we thank Surfers Hawaiian for a lovely stay in GC.
